Island East Building is very unique in that we offer custom blue-print plans as a courtesy to our clients (on projects over $250K) — always at NO cost to you. Each project is custom drawn and tailored to your specific wants and needs. We have an architect and designer on staff who will work with you to build your beautiful new home or renovation.
